We all know that there is a bikini portion of pageants. I don't know if I understand why there is that part, other than tradition but I'm not adverse to it. I have working hard to look fit. Now I'm toning up. Literally. I'm doing the Tone It Up #FriskyFall challenge. I'm pretty content with my weight but veganism has caused me to loose more. What I'm more worried about is that I've become "skinny fat"; okay, I'll never be skinny but I am not toned, and I think I'm pretty weak.
I love challenges. That's one of the reasons I am doing the pageant. If I take a challenge I'm going to do it right. That's why I even forked over the bucks to even do their nutrition plan. I've been really struggling with eating healthy enough as a vegan. I mean, I can honestly tell you I've eaten pb&j for breakfast and dinner, in one day; I've also made popcorn a meal. I'm not a healthy vegan. This meal gives me direction. I'm already trying tons of new foods and I'm not overwhelmed by the amount of ingredients or choices like with vegan cookbooks.
