Plentils: This is an amazing chip, I don't really eat chips, I'm 100% a popcorn girl, but this will become a staple on my junk food days! They don't have that typical texture of a chip, it's more like pop chips, but the crunch is to die for! I got the flavor "Margherita Pizza" and they throw me back to my childhood eating those pizza flavored gold fish but with way less salt. I'm definitely in love and I highly recommend. They are free of the 8 common allergens so they're pretty safe for most people!
Earth Balance Macaroni and Cheese: I slightly messed up on the water and noodle ration because I accidentally dumped part of it in the sink when I was draining the noodles.... That being said, this was a good mac and cheese but wasn't my favorite. I'm still a big fan of the Roads End Shells and Chreese better but I know that my non-vegan friends don't like it. I love the creaminess Roads End has and never really like orange mac and cheese. Earth Balance does have GREAT reviews by other bloggers so I'm definitely going to try it again but not mess it up.
Boca Chiggen Nuggets: I eat these on the regular and strongly recommend them to be baked and flipped so you get that crispiness that is oh so mouth watering! That being said, I HAVE to have ketchup to eat these, something I never did with chicken nuggets. These could be easily improved with some spices before baking. I do love the texture, especially when baked.
Uptons Seitan Bacon: This is good turkey bacon alternative. It's harder to get these bad boys crispy but I never liked my bacon crisps anyways. This is always my first choice in making a big ol' breakfast at home and would have these any day over tempeh bacon. They cook quickly and have a good flavor. I'm not completely wowed but have yet to have anything rival them.
